Requirements & Research

I work with stakeholders to understand the problem before anything gets built, mapping existing processes, identifying gaps, and defining what a good solution actually looks like.

Technical Design

I translate requirements into clear system designs, defining architecture, integrations, and key technical decisions. This includes UI/UX design and frontend design, making sure the experience is considered from the start, before a line of code is written.

Product Development

I build end-to-end: business tools, internal platforms, customer-facing products. Frontend, backend, and everything in between, from first screen to working software.

Infrastructure & Deployment

I set up cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, making sure what works in development holds up in production at scale.

Ops & Process Improvement

I look at how systems behave under real conditions, identifying where processes break down, improving data quality, and making things work better for the people depending on them.
